TIME_WAIT 랑 tcp reuse 이런거 잘 켜두면 좋치만 또 문제는 보안상 문제가 될때가 많쵸 ㅎㅎ
Kwon-Han Bae 보통 대부분의 이런 솔루션은 장단점이 ㅎㅎㅎ
